Starbrat has received a response from Rich Baker, whom has agreed in principle to attend an online interview/chat session here at A.net on March 3rd for Alternity Game Day (our yearly world-wide event). Stabrat has tentatively scheduled the event for 5PM Pacific time to make things easier for Rich. That means 8PM Eastern time on the US east coast - 1am GMT time converter.
This little project started with a desire to provide my players a way to create and manage their characters with my campaign's races and rules. I am now to the point where I can use it for all my players and all their characters in both my table top and play by email games.
In case you are wondering, "Sigma Quadrant" is the region of space where both of these campaigns take place in my PL7 futuristic universe.
SQuAT is a character creation and management tool that is VERY customizable via its XML configuration files. The website is still a little rough as my time has been spent working on getting the kinks out. It is a work in progress, but I am very happy with today's release (v0.5.1)... and yes the name is a little off-center, but it seems to have grown on us...
