This is a small document detailing a quick and simple method to create nice looking and uniform starship identifications codes. While it uses the Star*Drive setting as a working example, it can be easily altered to fit within any space-faring setting of PL 6 or higher.

Metaphant (96) : It passed the test. A good and well made plug-in to Alternity. Easy to use. Conform and done with nice layout. It´s also highly usable in most space RPGs. Brilliant!

Benjamin (90) : Indeed a great addition! Very simple to use, quick to understand, and professional sounding. Definitely something to put into any campaign! Great work, Anime_Kidd!

bri_aitsya (94) : Very nice, AK, esp. for a first resource submitted. Some layout stuff could be better (tables broken by poage breaks), but I didn't penalize you for it. Question: What of the various independant Verge settlements (Alaundril & Bluefall srping to mind)?

Shadow_Priest (100) : Can't go wrong with this one; short, sweet, and it works.

Kzinwarrior (-) : For a first submission, you've set the bar pretty high. Nice layout, easy to read and understand.

I will second Bri's recommendation of tackling the Verge settlements next. Your skills are needed in the frontier, Kidd.

Anime_Kidd (-) : I never really thought about the various Verge territories until AFTER I submitted the thing. I looked through the S*D book and am considering doing an update with the Verge systems.
Yeah I didn't like how the tables were broken, but it couldn't be helped. That is if you don't mind some pages with only half the page being used up. =/
All in all, I am pretty pleased on how it actually turned out. Especially when you compare it to my old version. =)

Starbrat (90) : Very nice work. The system is intuitive, and can be adapted neatly to other settings. The example is effective and informative, and I like the clear layout. My only niggle is the way some of the tables ended up being sliced in half- perhaps you could've used page breaks in the application you wrote this in?

Formatting is always a git to get right.

Anime_Kidd (-) : Just upped version two. Has uncut tables this time with a bit of a better layout and even includes the Verge systems, as seen on page 23 of the S*D book.

bri_aitsya (-) : It does? Or perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place?

Anime_Kidd (-) : Finally the new version looks like its up. Hate to of make you guys download it all over again, but I think this new one is much better.

Static_Eddie (99) : Very useful and just one of many details that only dedicated mind can provide!
Your file will help to further patch the suspension of disbelief...
